1. Digital Graphics Download: All digital graphics and custom designs are delivered electronically. After successful payment, you will receive an email containing download links. These links will direct you to download your purchased files directly from our website. No physical shipments are involved for digital products.
2. Custom Embroidery Digitizing and Custom Embroidery Patches: For custom embroidery digitizing services, the digitized files will be delivered electronically via email or through a secure file sharing platform.
For custom embroidery patches, the finished patches will be shipped to the address provided during the order placement. Please allow an estimated production time as communicated during the ordering process. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
1. Digital Graphics Download: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital graphics and custom designs are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Custom Embroidery Digitizing and Custom Embroidery Patches: We take great care to ensure the accuracy and quality of our custom embroidery digitizing and embroidered patches. Before production, we provide you with digital proof for approval. Once you approve the design, any errors or issues found after production and delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
