At TheDesignshome, we strive to provide high-quality digital graphics, custom SVG designs, custom embroidery digitizing, and custom embroidery patches to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds.

1. Digital Graphics and Custom Designs: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital graphics and custom designs are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these products. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Custom Embroidery Digitizing and Custom Embroidery Patches: For custom embroidery digitizing and custom embroidery patches, we take great care to ensure accuracy and quality. Before production, we provide you with digital proof for approval. Once you approve the design, any errors or issues found after production and delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the custom embroidery digitizing files or embroidered patches within the agreed-upon delivery period, you may request a refund.
• Corrupted or Defective Files: In the rare event that the files are corrupted or defective and cannot be opened or used, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement file.

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@thedesignshome.com within 7 days of receiving the product or within 7 days of the agreed-upon delivery date for custom embroidery digitizing services. Provide your order details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation, such as images or screenshots.

Upon approval of your refund request, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
